The largest organ in the human body is the skin — and it’s the most visible too. If it’s not functioning properly it looks dull, drab and lifeless.
All sorts of things affect how it looks from what you eat, the environment around you and what you put on it. Now Christmas and New Year are on the horizon it’s the perfect opportunity to do something spectacular for yourself.
Firstly, you need to get your skin into a state of glowing health so people don’t spend Christmas sympathising with you — the ‘You poor dear, you look exhausted, you’ve done really well though, I expect it was worth it,’ sort of comment. Wouldn’t you much prefer ‘Wow, you look amazing. I don’t know how you do it — and look years younger than you have any right to!’
